People Business Partner (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; Boston Office listed

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 annually, depending on location, experience, education, skills, and interview performance.

What you will do

• Advise managers across the Product-Led Growth Go-To-Market organization on performance, team dynamics, people decisions, growth, and organizational change.
• Support performance cycles, talent reviews, internal mobility, team transitions, and retention initiatives.
• Triage employee concerns, manage sensitive cases, and ensure appropriate escalation and consistent resolution.
• Coach managers through feedback, performance conversations, conflict resolution, and other leadership challenges.
• Track employee cases and requests in ClickUp, identify recurring issues, and improve people processes and programs.
• Build AI agents and automations, promote AI adoption, and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical people-team improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a People Business Partner, HRBP, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication, coaching, judgment, discretion, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and handling sensitive employee matters.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and a willingness to automate workflows.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this non-engineering, non-product role.
