About the Role

You will lead the global month-end close and consolidation process, oversee corporate accounting functions, prepare US GAAP financial statements, improve accounting processes, implement financial systems, coordinate audits, maintain internal controls, and scale a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related business field
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects
• Strategic leadership experience with system automation and special project implementation
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Coupa, Workday, and Oracle FCCS
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Lead the global month-end close and consolidation process
• Ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP
• Oversee opex accrual, prepaids, payroll accounting, and intercompany transactions
• Build a center of excellence team for global controllership functions
• Support product accounting and new product launches
• Evaluate processes and reduce time to close
• Lead scalable solutions for repetitive tasks using AI
• Lead ERP and financial system implementations
• Ensure close deliverables are audit-ready
• Coordinate financial statement audits
• Maintain internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Lead and scale the accounting team
