Growth Operations Analyst (Health Insurance)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are required in the office, while the other two office days are flexible.

Salary: $26.87–$35.27 per hour, plus employee benefits and vacation accrual.

What you will do

• Manage sales operations processes and serve as the subject matter expert on workflows and best practices.
• Support team members through training, development, and issue resolution.
• Identify and monitor processing issues, escalating them to management or partner teams and supporting resolution.
• Create workflow documentation and team resources.
• Retrieve and analyze data from databases using internal tools.
• Build relationships with company partners and support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in health insurance, utilization management, or operations.
• At least 1 year of technical proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and databases.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting workflow development, operations improvement, or project management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in technology, healthcare, audit, or management consulting.
• Experience writing and running SQL queries.
