What you will do

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and compile complex user requirements.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into detailed functional specifications and recommendations.
• Document current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for streamlining.
• Support delivery teams throughout the development, testing, and deployment phases of technology solutions.
• Create project artifacts including business cases, scope documentation, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate discussions between stakeholder groups to resolve competing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Columbus, OH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
• Understanding of SQL, data modeling, and application architectures.
