Senior Project Manager (Automotive Warranty and Services)

What you will do

• Review and improve warranty, maintenance, and aftersales processes and products across European entities.
• Use technology, data, and quantitative and qualitative analysis to reduce costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Marketing, local management, and external partners for project rollouts.
• Set financial targets and planning infrastructure for extended warranty and maintenance subscription programs.
• Implement cost-control procedures, optimize product content, and design training materials.
• Increase revenue through targeted revenue management and renewal initiatives.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience managing automotive warranties or maintenance contracts, preferably with an insurer or OEM captive.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders at international scale.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance, or a comparable field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Experience in an international automotive environment.
• Knowledge of another European language.
