Technical Project Manager - Lead Design Engineer (Automotive): Leading technical automotive projects from concept to implementation with an accent on project planning, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination, and equipment and prototype development. Focus on defining project requirements, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating testing units, and providing technical leadership across departments, customers, and suppliers.

What you will do
- Develop and manage project plans covering resources, schedules, costs, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate risk analyses, change evaluations, and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and performance indicators, and prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Serve as the interface between project leaders, departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Define project organization, select team members, and provide technical leadership.
- Plan, implement, and approve equipment, prototypes, and testing units according to requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
- Fluent English and fluent Hungarian.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and decision-making ability.
- Experience with equipment or prototype implementation is advantageous.
