What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resources, schedules, and costs.
• Coordinate risk analyses, change evaluations, and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project budgets and key performance indicators are consistently met.
• Serve as the primary interface between project leaders, departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Define project organization, select team members, and provide technical leadership.
• Plan, implement, and approve equipment and prototype testing units in compliance with requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in a technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative and make decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with equipment/prototype implementation.
• German language skills.
