What you will do

• Manage the operational process from the RFP phase through successful client onboarding.
• Organize, assess, and prioritize business opportunities across clients, services, and markets.
• Coordinate resource allocation, budget planning, staffing plans, and templates for RFPs.
• Coordinate Business Development, Business Operations, Finance, Business Affairs, Compliance, Legal, and Client Services.
• Support Salesforce rollout, supplier registration, procurement, and MSA processes.
• Prepare clear presentations and summaries of staffing, budget, legal, and finance requirements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Business Operations, Business Development, Project Management, or a comparable cross-functional role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience managing complex projects with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, structured problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, digital tools, and especially Salesforce.
• Excellent German and English skills at least at C1 level in both written and spoken communication.
