Agile Engagement Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, USA

Salary: $115,080–$218,520 annually for the U.S.; location-based ranges may apply. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Act as a hands-on Scrum Master and Product Owner for Agile teams delivering cybersecurity workflow solutions.
• Define priorities, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps, release plans, and actionable user stories with business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other core Agile ceremonies.
• Drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and support continuous delivery of high-quality increments.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, operations, compliance, and business teams to meet healthcare regulatory and enterprise security standards.
• Use Jira or similar tools, team metrics, coaching, and feedback loops to improve delivery performance and predictability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience managing Agile backlogs and delivering through Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with cybersecurity workflows, such as incident management, risk remediation, or access controls.
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments, including translating business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, blocker removal, and Agile tooling skills, including Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience with healthcare cybersecurity, HIPAA-aligned practices, audit readiness, and compliance workflows.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, secure software delivery pipelines, enterprise-scale Agile programs, or SAFe environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules or similar workflow platforms.
• Experience defining Agile metrics and using data to improve delivery performance.
