Agile Engagement Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, USA

Salary: $115,080–$218,520 per year for U.S. positions; location-specific ranges may apply. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master and Product Owner for Agile teams delivering cybersecurity workflow solutions.
• Define priorities, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps, and release plans with business, technical, and security stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other core Agile ceremonies.
• Manage the product backlog, translate cybersecurity and business requirements into user stories, and drive sprint execution.
• Remove impediments, monitor team metrics, and improve delivery quality, velocity, cycle time, and predictability.
• Ensure deliverables meet healthcare-related regulatory, compliance, and enterprise security standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs and delivering within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with cybersecurity workflows such as incident management, risk remediation, or access controls.
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, requirements analysis, and blocker-removal skills; experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• SAFe, CSM, PSM, or CSPO certification.
• Experience with healthcare cybersecurity initiatives, HIPAA-aligned practices, audit readiness, or compliance workflows.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, secure software delivery pipelines, enterprise-scale Agile programs, or SAFe environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules or similar workflow platforms.
• Experience using Agile metrics and data to improve delivery performance.
