Scrum Master (AI/Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid position requiring on-site work at the Arlington, Virginia office 2–3 times per week

Salary: $106,000–$159,000 annualized

What you will do

• Lead Scrum teams and provide direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies, stand-ups, sprint demos, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Gather requirements from end users and partner organizations.
• Support backlog grooming, estimation, sprint reviews, and sustainable process improvements using Jira and Confluence.
• Identify and mitigate impediments affecting release and sprint goals while collaborating with developers and testers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master using Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile software development life cycle projects.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Arlington, Virginia 2–3 times per week.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a required security clearance up to TS/SCI.

Nice to have

• Active DoD security clearance at the Top Secret level or above.
• Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or another Scrum-related certification.
• Experience working with customers and end users in a SAFe software development project.
• Experience with Test Case Management tools such as Zephyr, TestRail, or Xray.
