Project Manager (Gov't Tech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base compensation: $125,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex projects across CMS/CCSQ programs and Lines of Business.
• Manage scope, schedules, work breakdown structures, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate technical, program, leadership, and stakeholder teams across concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Develop project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, performance metrics, and governance materials.
• Support CMS-aligned governance, risk management, continuous improvement, and delivery practices.
• Mentor junior project management staff and coordinate high-visibility initiatives with Portfolio Managers and LOB Leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent BA/BS qualification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability for a government client.
• 8+ years of experience managing projects in federal IT or health IT environments.
• Experience leading complex or multi-workstream projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, project reporting, delivery outcomes, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• CMS, HHS, or CCSQ/ISG experience.
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification.
• Experience with CCSQ Lines of Business, RIMP, ROAM, dashboards, reporting tools, or executive briefings.
