Senior Director, Human Resources, Taiwan

Location: Based at the Hsinchu office, Hsinchu City, Taiwan

What you will do

• Embed HR strategy and act as a strategic HR business partner for internal client groups in Taiwan.
• Develop and implement talent, workforce, and organizational strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Plan talent pipelines and support line management with workforce forecasting.
• Advise on employee relations, compensation, benefits, policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Drive performance, development, and career processes to build current and future capabilities.
• Partner with regional HR and functional leaders in the United States across a highly matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field; an advanced HR degree is preferred.
• Progressive HR leadership experience, including leadership of HR organizations in multinational companies, preferably in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience supporting employee populations across manufacturing, engineering, R&D, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, workforce planning, and Taiwan labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, problem-solving, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
