Sr. Compliance Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Partner with organizational leaders to provide direction on compliance programs and regulatory matters.
• Draft, revise, maintain, and implement compliance policies and procedures related to HIPAA, data privacy, health IT, and healthcare services.
• Oversee and continuously improve regulatory compliance internal controls.
• Lead internal investigations involving applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into compliance workflows.
• Report compliance program activities, initiatives, and adherence to the hirify.global Compliance Committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of related work experience.
• Must work onsite at the World Headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Ability to follow security policies and procedures and work at a computer for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring and managing a GRC tool, preferably Onspring.
• Experience supporting SOC and HITRUST audits for health IT software.
