Location: Colorado Springs, CO; office-based

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation plan

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving sales, service, production, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, build relationships, and generate referrals to internal banking partners.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers through proactive business development, calling programs, and community involvement.
• Coach, develop, recruit, and hire colleagues while maintaining appropriate staffing and service quality.
• Use banking technology and digital channels to identify and present sales and service opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, colleague development, and relationship-building skills.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
