ServiceNow Platform Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: Onsite at a hirify.global corporate office in the United States, including Columbus, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, or Birmingham.

What you will do

• Manage and resolve issues across ServiceNow applications.
• Advise internal teams and business lines on platform process and technology inefficiencies.
• Perform performance monitoring, error identification, remediation, and routine platform maintenance.
• Improve platform stability and apply ServiceNow best practices to reduce technical debt.
• Manage instance security, users, groups, roles, relationships, and access control lists.
• Develop platform-wide reporting strategies and maintenance plans while providing training to internal teams and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application development, ITSM, and ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Experience configuring and modifying ServiceNow across areas such as ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, GRC, IRM, SAM, ITBM, or ITOM.
• Knowledge of web services, REST, and JSONv2.
• Ability to work onsite at a hirify.global corporate office in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences.
• Experience leading specific projects or training less experienced staff.
