ServiceNow Platform Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: Office-based in Irving, Texas, with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Customize applications, workflows, UI policies, scripts, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Provide platform support, troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, and availability while coordinating issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• 4+ years of professional experience with proven ServiceNow development or systems analysis experience.
• Strong ServiceNow development skills, including scripting, workflows, UI policies, and integrations.
• Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work from the Irving, Texas office; occasional work from home may be available after training for eligible positions.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• ServiceNow certification.
