Salary: $101,875.02–$152,812.53 per year

What you will do

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including IT Service Management and Configuration Management Database capabilities.
• Support Telecom Service Operations Management workflows covering incident, request, problem, change, and service operations processes.
• Create and update scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer components, and other platform functionality.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST APIs, data exchanges, and platform integration tools.
• Support data imports, cleanup, migration, validation, testing, defect resolution, releases, and production support.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, vulnerability remediation, DevSecOps practices, and stability improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT service management or enterprise application development.
• At least 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow development experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, REST APIs, integrations, databases, or cloud fundamentals.
• Experience with application development, testing, troubleshooting, production releases, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Exposure to AI-assisted software development, including code generation, code review, analysis, or software development lifecycle support.
