What you will do

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD applications using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Analyze business requirements and user stories to deliver effective out-of-the-box solutions while avoiding unnecessary customization.
• Troubleshoot incidents and platform bugs, support cross-functional Technology and Business teams, and create documentation for front-line agents.
• Build and maintain Automated Test Framework coverage for upgrades and deployments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot REST and SOAP integrations with third-party vendors and tools.
• Participate in Scrum and Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and technical discussions while communicating project status and blockers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience administering or developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and core ITSM modules.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and the Automated Test Framework.
• Collaborative, service-oriented approach with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership, raise questions early, and participate actively in technical discussions.

Nice to have

• More than two years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Progress toward Certified Application Developer certification.
