Commercial Account Director (Government)

Location: Hybrid, based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

What you will do

• Lead and expand relationships across a portfolio of more than 40 government accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business through federal and state government panels.
• Lead commercial activities to achieve positive bidding outcomes.
• Align hirify.global’s decisioning, credit, open banking, fraud, and identity solutions with client business drivers.
• Maintain and grow revenue across strategic accounts while achieving sales targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, contributing to solutions that improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience selling into government.
• Demonstrated success in complex sales and experience understanding complex solutions.
• Strong sales methodology and a consultative, approachable manner.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and team-oriented working style.
