Customer Experience Banker - St. Cloud, MN

Location: Saint Cloud, MN, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 hourly

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient banking transactions.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through structured sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers about bank products, services, mobile tools, and online banking.
• Resolve customer issues and refer customers to other areas of the bank.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, communication, relationship management, banking, and sales.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
