What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient financial service.
• Resolve customer issues and identify financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit and other banking products and services.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and disciplined sales processes.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily activity.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated customer service, communication, presentation, sales, or relationship management skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
