What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify consumer and business customer goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily transactions.
• Grow customer relationships through structured sales, follow-up programs, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military service, or a bachelor's degree.
• Skills in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available, including sponsorship for F-1, H-1B, O-1, TN, and E-3 status.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
