What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology and refer them to other areas of the bank.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking services.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products; understanding of banking, sales, investments, lending, and presentation skills is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
