Associate, Integration / Test Engineer

Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States

Salary: $68,000–$126,000 annually in specified U.S. locations, including the Greater D.C. area.

What you will do

• Define and execute manual and automated integration and test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Develop test plans, procedures, traceability documentation, reports, test flows, and test cases.
• Perform functional testing at system, circuit card assembly, and component levels, documenting results.
• Configure hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices for verification and validation.
• Use software tools and scripting to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform root cause and failure-trend analysis, create corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Security clearances may require U.S. citizenship and eligibility to access classified information.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks and, where permitted by law, pre-employment substance abuse testing.
• Ability to work the 9/80 schedule: nine workdays every 14 days, with every other Friday off.
