Release Train Engineer - Agile Coach

What you will do

• Lead Agile Release Trains and optimize value flow across development and operations value streams.
• Coordinate and facilitate SAFe events, release planning, and ART-level activities for cross-functional teams.
• Coach and mentor teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe practices.
• Support product vision, roadmaps, backlog management, prioritization, measurement, and execution.
• Improve project management standards, governance processes, visual controls, and process automation.
• Facilitate internal audits and assessments while identifying opportunities to improve solution and service delivery.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in engineering, product development, program management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or in an equivalent enterprise Agile leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience training and coaching cross-functional teams and applying Lean principles and scientific problem-solving methods.
• Experience with process automation and project management tools such as Oracle Agile PLM, Confluence, and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, organizational leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, create presentations for broad audiences, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
