Salary: $81,536 - $110,656 per year

What you will do

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs to enable successful delivery of strategic system initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops on Agile/Lean principles, Scrum, and Kanban for new teams.
• Design and deliver Agile training and strategy for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners on sprint planning, implementation, and backlog refinement.
• Develop and maintain Agile Maturity Assessment models to report team performance.
• Coordinate cross-team planning workshops and lead Agile communities of practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Scaling.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and executing PI Planning events.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools including GitHub, containerization, and zero-trust architecture.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in an Information Technology-related field.
• Certifications such as SPC, CST, ICE-AC, or ICP-CAT.
• Knowledge of secure coding and open-source tools management.
• Experience with SEI-CMMI and NIST.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
