Software Execution Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated plans covering milestones, ownership, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex platform software programs from planning and prioritization through integration, qualification, and release.
• Drive release and branch-out readiness, including branch health, promotions, release notes, readiness reviews, retrospectives, and follow-up actions.
• Establish execution governance, operating cadences, status reporting, and decision-oriented updates for department leadership.
• Manage risks, blockers, escalations, dependencies, and decisions across software, systems, infrastructure, testing, and customer-program stakeholders.
• Coordinate system-level integration and validation across software components and hardware targets, while improving reporting and workflows through automation and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in a complex software development environment.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, integration and validation, CI/CD, release management, and configuration or branch management.
• Experience with system engineering, requirements management, verification, and hardware-software integration.
• Ability to lead through influence, align stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, manage risks, and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Fluent English is required; Hebrew is an advantage. Experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and execution metrics is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, autonomous-driving, embedded, or safety-critical software development.
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, functional safety, cybersecurity, or similar software-quality frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale platform releases, build and promotion flows, test farms, hardware bring-up, or multi-environment validation.
• Background working with distributed teams and highly interdependent technical programs.
