Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, United States. Candidates must be U.S. citizens residing in the United States, legally authorized to work there, and able to complete a background investigation. International relocation and remote work outside the United States are not considered.

What you will do
- Lead the definition, adoption, and integration of quality assurance standards and best practices across the product lifecycle.
- Design, develop, deploy, and execute QA processes, test automation tools, metrics, and procedures.
- Build and maintain automated testing solutions and frameworks, while performing defect investigation and tracking in tools such as TestRail.
- Translate requirements and functional specifications into QA plans, test cases, scripts, scenarios, use cases, and test environments.
- Monitor quality metrics, conduct predictive analysis and technical risk assessments, and report project status to leadership.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training while partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver secure biometric identity solutions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, processes, metrics, and testing best practices.
- Hands-on software testing experience with test tools, defect reporting, and defect tracking systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and internet technologies, with experience troubleshooting software defects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience developing QA plans, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, use cases, test environments, quality models, and risk assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience, with at least five years of industry experience and preferably three years in a QA organization.
- U.S. citizenship, residence in the United States, legal authorization to work in the United States, and successful completion of a background investigation are required.
