What you will do

• Create detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex software systems.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including feature-level integration testing before product launches.
• Review requirements and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
• Analyze, document, track, and escalate defects, risks, and testing obstacles.
• Coordinate with QA, development, product, and project teams to communicate testing status and results.
• Contribute quality insights and recommendations during retrospectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodology, and collaboration with development teams.
• Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL.
• Experience with test planning, project coordination, database operations, error troubleshooting, and defect documentation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
