Commercial & Indirect Sales Support, Auto Finance

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Huntington does not sponsor immigration benefits or work authorization.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support through the dealer service phone line and resolve account and application inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day interactions between dealer clients and Huntington.
• Establish, document, maintain, and service dealer relationships.
• Advise internal and external partners on bank products and services while supporting sales activities.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
• Process financial statements and other accurate documentation, and prepare presentations, memos, and correspondence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clerical support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and face-to-face communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, follow-up, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• PC and internet proficiency.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial analysis.
• Experience maintaining commercial Treasury management services.
• Ability to build and expand internal and external customer relationships.
• Customer service experience and a motivated, goal-oriented approach.
