Senior Scrum Master (Cyber Analytics)

Salary: $160,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Agile and Scrum delivery teams by translating product vision into prioritized work.
• Manage product backlogs, release plans, Scrum processes, and sprint-focused meetings.
• Align product owners, stakeholders, development teams, and management throughout delivery.
• Monitor deadlines, budgets, project objectives, and business value across releases.
• Identify and remove impediments while preserving team flexibility for changing mission requirements.
• Maintain transparent information exchange across technical and business levels.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Recognized authority leading Agile or Scrum teams on complex technical projects.
• Experience solving unusually complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Extensive stakeholder management and business-to-technical liaison experience.
• Deep proficiency in Scrum and Agile principles.

Nice to have

• Advanced Scrum certifications, including CSP-SM, CSP-PO, or SAFe.
• Jira and GitLab experience managing complex backlogs and sprint cycles.
• Experience with data-intensive projects involving DataBricks, Spark, or AI/ML.
• Government contracting, release management, or technical documentation experience.
• Experience mentoring junior Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches.
