What you will do

• Act as a Scrum Master for 1–2 cross-functional teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a focus on empirical delivery and continuous improvement.
• Navigate Hybrid-Agile governance by balancing sprint execution with traditional PMO stage-gates, RAID logs, and formal reporting.
• Coordinate cross-stream dependencies, blockers, and risks across ERP workstreams, synchronizing delivery with data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Orchestrate backlog readiness by partnering with Product Owners and Business Analysts on prioritized, “ready-for-dev” backlog and story refinement.
• Support Agile at Scale activities (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos) and align team delivery with program increments.
• Provide performance visibility using Jira dashboards for velocity, burndown, and team health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• Proven experience supporting major ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) with understanding of ERP constraints (data-heavy, configuration-driven, inter-dependent).
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Hybrid-Agile delivery models.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing dependencies between multiple teams.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, with ability to bridge functional business teams and technical developers.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate or similar stage-gate frameworks.
• High proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Track record of facilitating difficult conversations across organizational silos.
