Location: Onsite in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA; Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm

What you will do

• Supervise linen and environmental services functions to maintain a sanitary, orderly hospital environment.
• Assist with organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising departmental activities.
• Support personnel selection, training, orientation, scheduling, and work assignments.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, laws, regulations, and departmental risk procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction goals and conduct quality assurance activities.
• Oversee the care and maintenance of departmental equipment, supplies, and materials.

Requirements

• English proficiency required: ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write in English.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or environmental services; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, and reach; occasionally push or pull; and lift at least 25 lbs.
