Sr Product Manager (Device & Equipment)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for the Front Line Care & Care and Connectivity Solutions product line in Taiwan.
• Manage day-to-day product marketing activities, including programs, promotional materials, branding, competitive tracking, and premium pricing support.
• Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution and efficient marketing operations.
• Facilitate new product availability analysis, pre-launch preparation, and post-launch activities.
• Build relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, associations, and government healthcare officials.
• Coordinate marketing communication between the Taiwan market and the regional GBU.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing or sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, including 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Proven consistent performance in a sales or marketing function.
• Strategic thinking, innovation, and strong analytical skills for developing marketing plans.
• Leadership, cross-functional collaboration, KOL management, and customer advocacy development skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare or an equivalent field; a master's degree is preferred.
