Product Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Athens, or Milan

What you will do

• Provide expert product configuration and functionality consultancy to internal and external sales teams.
• Develop and execute local value propositions and product positioning strategies for the South East Europe market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites, conferences, and trade shows.
• Train internal and external sales forces on new product features and clinical workflows.
• Monitor market competition and identify new business opportunities to increase win rates.
• Manage communication between HQ and customers involved in product validation and clinical trials.

Requirements

• Medical Degree, Radiographer, Medical Physicist, Biomedical Engineer, or Marketing background.
• Extensive knowledge of direct radiography, fluoroscopy, and mammography.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Polish, Greek, or Italian is a significant advantage.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong business orientation with experience in a commercial or marketing role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
