What you will do

• Manage the Product Lifecycle (PLCM) of the HORT portfolio, ensuring rationalized product phase-in and phase-out.
• Identify clinical-based value propositions and lead marketing campaigns to increase win rates in respective segments.
• Support product pricing strategy by conducting comprehensive market and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive clinical advocacy and establish reference sites.
• Develop clinical application practices and educational materials to empower sales teams and end-users.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects by coordinating cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, medical engineering, or business.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing within a related surgical domain.
• Experience in clinical or procedure marketing within an Operating Room (OR) environment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in oral and written English is required.
