What you will do

• Support the operational management of two assigned medical device product lines.
• Monitor utilization, customer feedback, product issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate post-market activities, including field feedback tracking and complaint trending.
• Lead cross-functional execution of cybersecurity, quality, reliability, and other product enhancement projects.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and leadership status updates.
• Conduct customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market opportunity assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the medical device or related industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to drive execution.
• Experience collaborating with R&D, regulatory, quality, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Clear professional communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Structured problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and escalate them appropriately.
