Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement (Product Management): Establishing and optimizing product, portfolio, and organizational processes across a regulated healthcare and genomics environment with an accent on operational excellence, lifecycle management, governance, and performance analytics. Focus on designing scalable improvement frameworks, solving delivery bottlenecks, and building executive visibility into portfolio health, organizational capacity, operational performance, and strategic opportunities.
Location: Remote within the United States; periodic travel may be required.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise product optimization initiatives improving efficiency, quality, customer experience, workflows, and business performance.
- Develop lifecycle management frameworks for the test portfolio and supporting platforms, including test menu optimization and portfolio rationalization.
- Establish operational standards, governance frameworks, roadmap planning processes, and scalable decision-making practices.
- Define product optimization and operations KPIs and build executive dashboards covering portfolio health, delivery, launch readiness, laboratory throughput, quality, revenue, reimbursement, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics teams to automate reporting and identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives with Product Management, Commercial, Laboratory, Clinical, and Operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Program Management, Product Lifecycle Management, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional enterprise-level programs or optimization functions.
- Demonstrated success planning and delivering complex initiatives, leading kaizens, managing change, and building and improving processes.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder facilitation, governance, and adoption leadership skills.
- Ability to work within regulated healthcare, laboratory, quality, and compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in diagnostics, genomics, laboratory services, healthcare technology, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare.
- Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, and FDA requirements.
- PMP certification.
