Raw Material Quality and Supplier Management Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Establish and maintain quality requirements for raw materials used in photoresists and associated materials at advanced production nodes.
• Define and maintain critical process control parameters for raw material production with internal and external vendors.
• Manage supplier communication through audits, technical meetings, and on-site visits.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for material quality failures.
• Coordinate with global project teams and align raw material supply plans with global strategy.

Requirements

• BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of experience, or MS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing, process development, or scale-up, including translating laboratory processes into production environments.
• Understanding of DOE, control charts, Gage R&R, and ANOVA.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing processes through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience working with external suppliers and partners to resolve technical issues and support process consistency and scalability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a global environment and communicating across cultures.
• Experience in the semiconductor or a related field.
• Experience with statistical software such as JMP.
