What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing execution at a Taiwan-based Tier 1 contract manufacturer for L6/L10/L11 production.
  • Coordinate communication between the Taiwan factory and hirify.global’s production engineering, planning, supply chain, and regional teams.
  • Plan factory capacity, track equipment readiness, and develop mass-production ramp scenarios.
  • Build and optimize weekly production schedules with contract manufacturing, planning, and materials teams.
  • Oversee SMT, mechanical assembly, and testing performance, including yield, quality, throughput, and output.
  • Coordinate NPI builds, mass-production ramps, engineering change orders, process changes, and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data center product manufacturing operations, OPM, contract manufacturing, or TPM roles.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 contract manufacturers in Taiwan or Asia-based fabs.
  • Ability to travel regularly to the factory and manage execution in person.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage escalations, coordinate across time zones, and enforce timelines.
  • Mandarin and English bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Engineering background in electrical, mechanical, or packaging domains.
  • Experience with mass-production ramp planning or cost-of-yield improvement initiatives.
