What you will do

• Lead gap analysis of US supply chains to identify opportunities for Australian suppliers.
• Develop and manage cross-BU relationships to promote the GSCP and inform stakeholders of business benefits.
• Facilitate communication between hirify.global sites, program teams, and suppliers to implement GSCP strategies.
• Manage the international export opportunity pipeline from early engagement through RFQ release.
• Coordinate trade missions, site visits, and supplier capability uplift training.
• Collaborate with Australian Government programs (Austrade, Team Defence Australia) to grow exports.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain/maintain the required Australian security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Program Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and/or Program Management.
• Strong working knowledge of Global Procurement and International Supply Chain.
• Ability to travel ~25% domestically and 1-2 times per year overseas.
• Must be able to access information controlled under US ITAR.

• Engineering degree or ability to assess technical information.
