TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Fintech): Leading complex end-to-end technology programs and coordinating infrastructure design, development, and delivery for high-volume, resilient payment platforms with an accent on cross-functional leadership, architecture planning, and program governance. Focus on solving growth, scale, and resiliency challenges, managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations across global technology teams.
Location: Singapore; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Lead multiple end-to-end technology programs and complex IT initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate non-standard hardware and software delivery across systems, database, middleware, network, and other technology domains.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, architects, customers, and vendors to define program and infrastructure designs.
- Manage scope, change control, estimates, budgets, schedules, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communicate technical issues, program status, escalations, and decisions to senior leadership.
- Improve team processes to accelerate innovation, reduce costs, and improve quality while coaching and mentoring program teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, 2+ years with an advanced degree, 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 6–10 years of experience in technical program management or solution architecture practices supporting infrastructure design, development, and deployment.
- Experience leading architecture planning and infrastructure projects for highly available, high-volume service platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, XP, Lean, or Kanban, as well as Waterfall practices.
- Strong technical foundation across compute, storage, databases, networks, middleware, and operations, with exemplary English communication skills.
- Ability to work from the Singapore office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS with an advanced technical degree.
- PMP, Solution Architecture, ITIL v3, or TOGAF certification.
- Experience with architecture and project management tools.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams and resolving conflicts across diverse, cross-cultural groups.
