What you will do

• Implement and coordinate the sustainable manufacturing strategy for water recycling and water stewardship.
• Develop business processes, training, and analytics to meet water reduction and reuse goals.
• Lead the development and deployment of site water balance and metering strategies.
• Manage CapEx reporting for water projects and maintain critical ESG-related records.
• Coordinate wastewater management initiatives with Operations, Facilities, and Engineering groups.
• Represent the company in industry consortia such as SEMI and SIA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience, including at least 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven program or project leadership experience (PMP certification preferred).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, with Power BI and data visualization skills preferred.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.
