Associate Technical Program Analyst

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days in the office are required

What you will do

• Support large, complex, end-to-end technology programs across product, product development, infrastructure engineering, and operations.
• Coordinate initiatives involving compute, storage, databases, networks, middleware, and operational systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product leads, and cross-cultural teams to deliver payment technology solutions.
• Help address growth, scalability, high availability, and resiliency challenges for high-volume service platforms.
• Drive quality project results delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Experience in program management and a good understanding of program management concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with infrastructure projects for high-availability, high-volume service platforms.
• Understanding of lean and Agile methodologies, with experience collaborating across technology domains.
• Exemplary English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-cultural and diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Technical program management experience with complex enterprise IT hardware or software systems.
• PMP, solution architecture, ITIL v3, or TOGAF certification.
• Experience with Waterfall, Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, architecture tools, or project management tools.
• Team-building, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills.
