Digital Transformation Director

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple workstreams through the design and implementation of targeted digital change strategies.
• Develop program delivery strategies for complex processes and systems.
• Align stakeholders and build partnerships with Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.
• Support development of consolidated data aggregation tools with internal technology teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams in testing product concepts and transitioning products into implementation.
• Oversee system integrations and communicate program status, deliverables, and expected outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, four to six years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading, guiding, and coaching project team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assess and communicate change impacts, prioritize work, manage time, escalate issues, and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
