EPI Process Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Hwaseong-Lucestar, South Korea. Relocation eligible; travel required up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and customer product issues through root cause analysis.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to establish trust and achieve technical goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• English communication proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
