Treasury Management Segment Risk Manager Sr (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead and oversee risk management programs supporting the Treasury Management business segment.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls and business practices across Treasury Management processes.
• Direct self-assessment and testing activities in line with corporate risk requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to cash management, payments, liquidity, and Treasury Management services.
• Escalate critical issues and emerging risks while advising Treasury Management leadership and coordinating risk communications.
• Partner with internal audit, corporate risk, and business stakeholders to resolve findings and implement action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, Treasury Management, or operational risk within financial services.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build partnerships, influence change, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex regulatory or operational situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance tools.

Nice to have

• Management or leadership experience in Treasury Management or related financial services functions.
• Advanced knowledge of ACH, wires, RTP, RDC, Lockbox, and related Treasury Management risk principles.
• Relevant certifications such as CTP, CISA, or CRISC.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot for risk reporting, analysis, and documentation.
