Treasury Management Specialist Sr - CRE

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; office-based workplace

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan

What you will do

• Research client financial structures and cash flow needs to recommend tailored treasury solutions.
• Support Treasury Management Advisors with pricing strategies, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and sales support.
• Prepare pitch materials, account strategies, and client review documents for business development.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to position treasury solutions effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout proposal development, service activation, implementation, and billing.
• Build internal relationships and contribute to Treasury Management revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in treasury management and/or banking.
• Experience supporting treasury sales processes for commercial real estate clients, including commercial and multifamily residential developers, REITs, and property managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience with client relationship management, sales, or portfolio development.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or an equivalent high-level treasury certification.
• Experience collaborating with treasury experts to solve clients’ financial challenges.
