TL;DR

Salary: $166,900–$241,675 USD per year for the Bay Area California market

What you will do

  • Define and plan next-generation FPGA devices or product families.
  • Own product roadmaps, including prioritization, customer validation, and roadmap communication.
  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning product planning, architecture, engineering, marketing, and applications engineering.
  • Drive the Plan of Record from product concept through mass production.
  • Gather customer and business requirements and synthesize them into Product Requirements Documents.
  • Lead strategic planning processes, competitive and market analysis, task forces, and leadership forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware design, product planning or management, customer support, or technical marketing.
  • 10+ years of experience with semiconductor development and manufacturing, including FPGA, ASIC/ASSP, or processor products.
  • 8+ years of experience interacting with customers.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and communication skills.
  • Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

  • 15+ years of experience in semiconductors or a related hardware role.
  • Knowledge of FPGA architecture and FPGA development methodology.
  • Experience architecting FPGA-based solutions for end-market applications.
  • A track record of driving innovative products, influencing product strategy, and leading cross-functional teams.
