Product Manager (DMS)

Location: Medina, Minnesota, United States. The role requires approximately 20% travel and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $127,000–$158,700 base compensation, plus bonus or variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Define short- and long-term roadmaps for the Digital Grid Management Distribution Management System suite.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate industry needs into product strategy and direction.
• Lead customer advisory events, feedback collection, proof-of-concept work, and roadmap development.
• Develop content and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
• Build customer relationships and communicate the business value of advanced distribution applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, development leads, product engineers, and subject-matter experts to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical experience using the hirify.global OSI monarch platform.
• Experience presenting to internal teams, external stakeholders, or industry audiences.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Temporary visa holders who require current or future sponsorship are not eligible.
