Product Manager (DMS)

Location: Medina, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $127,000–$158,700 base compensation, plus bonus or variable incentive pay

What you will do

• Define short- and long-term product strategy and roadmaps for the Distribution Management System suite.
• Analyze customer requirements and broader industry needs to guide product direction.
• Build customer relationships and lead advisory events, feedback sessions, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Develop content and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, identify trends, and manage complex product initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, development leads, product engineers, and subject-matter experts to improve the product suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical experience using the hirify.global OSI monarch platform.
• Experience presenting to internal teams, external stakeholders, or industry audiences.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; work authorization sponsorship is not provided.
