Sr Financial Recovery Rep (SBA) (Finance)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio/Kentucky, United States; office-based

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop resolution strategies for classified and special-asset loans to minimize portfolio losses.
• Analyze financial plans and negotiate loan collections or restructurings.
• Recommend and oversee loan litigation, liquidation, and charge-offs.
• Work with business-line loan officers to manage non-pass-rated borrowing relationships.
• Establish and maintain controls for risk measurement, monitoring, and compliance.
• Coach less experienced employees and support training where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial or business banking underwriting, lending, or credit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, goal-oriented team environment.
• Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and basic knowledge of PC applications.
